任职资格

Job Qualification

大学本科以上学历，机械等相关专业，具备客户定制的自动化设备设计经验者佳；

Major in Mechanic, bachelor degree, perfect with customized automation design experience；

4年以上的汽车零配件自动化设备销售经验；

More than 4 years‘sales experience in customized automation business for automotive industry；

熟悉自动化行业的汽配设备市场；

Familiar with automotive device market；

具备优秀的相同和协调能力，有一定的分析、判断和谈判能力，能灵活处置惩罚与客户的关系；

Good communication and coordination ability, have certain analyze, judge and negotiate ability, can flexibly deal with relationship with customer；

具备与外籍客户的英语相同能力；

Middle level English, can communicate with foreigner；

良好的形象与表达能力，热情，良好的团队相助精神。

Good image, good expression ability，enthusiastic, good team spirit.

事情职责

Job Responsibilities

开发潜在客户，造访客户，检察客户的真实需求，分析竞争对手，了解市场；

Develop potential customer, visit customer, check the real needs from customer, analyze the competitor，know the market；

项目前期相同协调，技术上可以独立与客户相同，配合方案工程师与客户进行技术讨论，确定方案并进行报价；

Communicate and coordinate at the early phase of the project, independently communicate with customer technically, cooperate with concept engineer to have technical discussion with customer, fix the concept, make the quotation；

配合项目经理处置惩罚项目历程中对接客户的商务事项；

Cooperate with project manager to deal with commercial items during project；

与客户保持良好的关系。

Maintain and entertainment with customer，retain good relationship with customer.
